Project Development and Process Monitoring
With preliminary studies, the aim is to reduce land/plot acquisition costs, minimize connection costs, decrease excavation costs, ensure the seamless completion of zoning and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) processes, and most importantly, identify the area for the solar power plant (SES) to maximize electricity production. Afterward, documents are prepared and submitted to the relevant distribution company or institution in accordance with the Unlicensed Electricity Generation Regulation (LÜY) or the Licensed Electricity Generation Regulation. This ensures that the process is completed actively and smoothly.
Preliminary Feasibility Report
After selecting the appropriate land, a Preliminary Feasibility Report is prepared, presenting the anticipated initial investment amount, financing needs, technology selection, investment payback period, opportunities, and threats. This helps the investor make an informed investment decision.
Unlicensed Project Development
This process covers the entire journey from land identification to the connection agreement and obtaining the call letter for the realization of solar power plant (GES) investments.
Storage System Contracts
For GES-RES projects with planned storage systems, consulting services are provided to the investor or contractor regarding the selection of storage systems.
Service & Maintenance Contracts Consulting
A service and maintenance contract is prepared on behalf of the investor to ensure uninterrupted operation of the system after the solar power plant (GES) is commissioned and to enable quick intervention in case of any issues.
EPC Companies Technical Consulting
In land or rooftop GES projects, EPC consulting services are provided for project development, design, technical consulting, and project acceptance.
Industrial Zone Consulting
In Organized Industrial Zones (OSB), ensuring both economic efficiency and safety is a critical process. Consulting services are provided on effectively managing energy needs, constructing suitable electrical infrastructure, and reducing operating costs.
Acceptance Process Consulting
After the installation of GES projects, inspections are carried out to ensure the smooth completion of the temporary acceptance process. Once any deficiencies identified during the inspections are completed, the necessary documents are submitted to the relevant distribution company or TEDAŞ General Directorate. Additionally, participation in the temporary acceptance process ensures that the process is completed smoothly.
