Power Plant Site Inspection and Control
During the installation period of ongoing facilities, we ensure that the installation is carried out in compliance with the project and IEC62446 criteria by being present on-site on behalf of the investor. Additionally, the process is recorded through weekly and monthly reports.
For energy facilities that have been completed, the inspection and control services include a series of checks and evaluations to ensure that the system operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. The data collected is evaluated and reported to the investor organization.
The inspection and control services performed at energy production facilities are listed below:
-
Installation and Assembly Inspections: After the installation and assembly of the electrical production facility are completed, inspections are conducted to verify that the system is properly installed and that all components comply with the standards. At this stage, the installation, connections, and configurations of the electrical production components, and in the case of GES, the panels, inverters, and other equipment are checked.
-
Electrical Safety Inspections: Inspections are conducted to ensure the safety of electrical systems, checking for short circuits, grounding issues, overloading, and other electrical problems. This is crucial for both the safety of the facility and the workers.
-
Performance Testing: Tests are conducted to evaluate system performance, measuring the efficiency of production equipment and, specifically for GES, the efficiency of PV panels, energy production capacity, and overall system performance.
-
Thermal Drone and Camera Testing: This is a type of heat scan and analysis conducted using a thermal camera. The inspection helps identify potential faults, efficiency issues, and safety risks by observing the thermal characteristics of electrical components, especially solar panels in GES facilities. Thermal camera inspections are an effective tool to enhance system efficiency and safety in GES plants.
These inspections are critical to ensure the long lifespan, safety, and high efficiency of electrical production facilities.
Photovoltaic Module Production Inspection
As BS DES, we coordinate with panel manufacturers before production, requesting the necessary certificates and documents before the visit. After reviewing the information and documents provided by the manufacturer, a technical visit to the factory is made.
The inspection includes reviewing the production line, checking material storage areas, product certifications, management system audits, quality input controls, stock status, EL images, and I-V curve monitoring. PV panels are thoroughly examined for quality and performance.
